"Creep-space crawlspace"

Films: Crawl or Die (2014)

Alias: None

Type: Alien

Location: Underground

Height/Weight: That of an average human.

Affiliation: Neutral

Summary: Aliens of the savage variety, and really any creature that likes to ambush, love the dark. And what darker place is there than a dank, near-lightless cramped pathway where it could just be you and the beast that stalks? It's a tried and effective practice, and even a low-budget alien like this one can do it.

History: After an alien invasion, the human race has been rendered almost completely sterile by the OVT virus. There is now only one woman on Earth capable of reproduction, and an elite squad is sent to find her in a series of dark tunnels below the ground. But the tunnels are being patrolled by one of the aliens, and the humans are quite ill-prepared for the ensuing hunt/claustrophobia that'll ensue.

Notable Kills: Nothing special.

Final Fate: After just about everyone is killed by the alien and the ever-shifting underground domain, only one lives to be rescued, and she, a Ripley clone named Tank, burns the underground to nothing with the alien in it.

Powers/Abilities: None.

Weakness: Extreme sensitivity to light, as well as conventional means.

Scariness Factor: 3.5-Let's try and ignore how this creature is basically a dopier, less versatile version of the Xenomorph and move on. For what it's worth, it boast an impressively realistic frame, and the sheer amount of stress it causes for everyone is nothing to scoff at.

Trivia: -There were two planned sequels to this film, but most of the original cast hated the ideas, none more so than Tank's actress, Nicole Alonso. She and everyone else were appalled at how the sequels planned on making her nothing but fanservice, as well as some unfortunate planned scenes with aliens trying to outright sexually assault her. Needless to say, those films were as good as dead.

-This film was directed by Oklahoma Ward. It is perhaps the one thing he is known for, with everything else being obscure beyond obscure. Then again, if this film is any indication, he needs to fire his editor before doing anything else.
